| 10th World Festival of Children's Theatre, Moscow |

| |
July 17th - 25th Moscow hosted the 10th World Festival of Children's Theatre with the theme "CHILDREN PLAY FOR CHILDREN".
Amateur children and youth companies from 20 countries arrived at the Russian capital, Moscow. |

Children's theatres from Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Britain, Columbia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Singapore, Latvia, Lithuania, the Republic of Belarus, Slovakia, Ukraine and Venezuela presented their productions on the stages of the 10th world festival, the most prestigious international forum of children's and youth amateur theatre art. Russia's participants included groups from the republics of Dagestan and Tyva, Moscow and Moscow region (Reutov), Omsk and Solikamsk (Perm region).
Several festival shows were performed by Upsala Circus from St. Petersburg, a folk crafts team from Arkhangelsk and a wind and percussion orchestra from Petrozavodsk (Republic of Karelia).

Festival participants also performed on the stages of Theatre Centre on Strastnoy Boulevard, theatres Hermitage, New Opera and the Teacher's theatre GITIS of the Russian Academy of Theatre Art - all located in downtown Moscow.
Students from Ryan International Schools, Delhi made India proud with their colorful and splendid performance. Student's also got a chance to attend One day interactive session at the Nehru Centre under the aegis of India Embassy in Moscow.
