   HUM Indo-Pak Friendship Bond , Pakistan , May 2004

An Exchange programme HUM - With love from India to Pakistan was organized by Ryan International Schools and Insan Foundation.

Insan Foundation Pakistan is a non-profit organization formed in 1990 by a group of university graduates .At the outset, the main thrust of the organization was to provide education to the children involved in the workforce. The organization was partly motivated by the belief that poverty and poor educational system were the main causes of child rights violations. Later, however, as the horizon of the vision expanded realizing that the denial of children's rights is basically a political issue, the organization felt that imparting critical consciousness through transformational education, undertaking advocacy campaigns and training of human rights activists, teachers and children were the most crucial areas should the issue be addressed holistically and effectively. Now with more than ten years down the road, Insan Foundation is a thriving organization working at the national level with the programs including education, alternative curriculum development, training and peace campaign.

Children had a plethora of activities to attend from Dove day ceremony to Joint production by Indian-Pakistani Children, Joint paintings and the most interesting of all the Friendship Cup -One day Cricket match.
