Where various amateur theatre troops from several countries participated in this festival. 5th Edition of International Festival of Amateur theatre of Tangier (FEITAT) was held from 27th to 31 December 2003 . The festival is meant to be a space of meetings between cultures, languages and artistic practices. In the program of this edition 17 shows of theatre were performed by participants from Lebanon , Algeria , Tunis , Spain , India , France and Morocco .
