An educationist ,teacher and mentor for her students, Anju Sharma, an alumni of Loreto Convent , Delhi and a post graduate in Education, has the steel 's determination and enthusiasm to crystallize and conceptualize the Ryan group's motto of 'Excellence in Education' to reality.

As principal of Ryan International School she has been the proud recipient of 'Paryavaran Dronacharya Award 'for encouraging children to participate in environment related exams and activities and also creating awareness about importance of green and clean environment.

She has rendered her social responsibilities by working enthusiastically for eradication of polio by setting up polio booth in the school and organizing health camps. Through Help Age and Rotary Interact Club she has been a motivating force to reach out the needy and elderly people along with her students.

She has participated in peace seminars and conferences and firmly believes that all nations are harbingers of peace and prosperity and speak of human integration and love for mankind. Performing arts -be it dance , drama or music transcends all barriers of language and nation -putting one and all on a global platform. She has worked as the co-ordinator of International festival of performing arts in 2006 and 2007 and has a firm conviction that the 11 th International Festival hosted in 2011 is one such opportunity which will render each one, the platform to transform their thoughts, expressions and ideas to reality.
